Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted as production may have begun.

Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at servece@oceanrelicstudio.com with photos of the item and packaging — we will arrange a suitable resolution.

EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
