Ocean Relic Studio offers free shipping on all orders to every destination worldwide. No minimum order value is required.

Duties & Taxes — Fully Covered

All import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by us. We handle customs documentation on our end so your order arrives without any additional charges. The total shown at checkout is the only amount you will ever pay.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, to all destinations worldwide. These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier conditions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at service@oceanrelicstudio.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us at service@oceanrelicstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, spare parts, or a full refund at no cost to you.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the carrier.
