How long does production take?

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order handcrafted models may require additional production time depending on the model. Estimated production time will be confirmed after your order is placed.

What is your return and damage policy?

All sales are final. As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind. If your model arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oceanrelicstudio1@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a suitable resolution. EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
