Each Ocean Relic Studio piece is made to order in our Zhoushan workshop. Because every model is individually produced and inspected before shipment, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Damages and Issues

We stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves our workshop. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at oceanrelicstudio1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. Please provide photos of the damage and original packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange replacement parts, repair guidance, or a suitable resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than damage or defect confirmed at delivery.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, please contact us at oceanrelicstudio1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

If a resolution requires a refund, we will notify you once the issue has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at oceanrelicstudio1@gmail.com.
